Aggregation: site name identical · stage median · observation time as unix seconds, then median. ISO timestamps are not identical across a DON.
How it works

Two fetches. Then agreement.

  1. Cron fires. Each node GETs USGS Instantaneous Values and NASA POWER for the same lagged day.
  2. Nodes agree on the site name. They take the median stage and the median observation time.
  3. You get a small JSON report. Change the site id tomorrow and simulate again.
